Cancellation Policy

Consequences of Withdrawal If you withdraw from the contract, I will refund all payments I have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a method of delivery other than the standard one offered), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day your withdrawal notice was received. I may withhold the refund until I have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back – whichever is earlier. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
